The City of Albuquerque is pleased to kick off a a major public process
to UPDATE the City/County Comprehensive Plan and CREATE
a Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) for the City. The UDO
is intended to improve the regulatory system guiding land use development
and transportation planning citywide, including major updates to
the Zoning Code and Development Process Manual. The intent is
to minimize regulatory layers and conflicts and streamline approvals for
high-quality development.
